wowbet Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with Bangladesh's Trusted Betting Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and wowbet ("wowbet", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using the wowbet platform at wowbet.bar — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other access method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the wowbet platform immediately. wowbet reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice to players. Continued use of the platform after any such revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. 2.3 Consequences. Breach of any prohibition set out in Section 2.2 may result in immediate account suspension, termination of your account, forfeiture of any balance held in your account, and reporting of your activity to relevant authorities where legally required.

4.1 Acceptance of Bets. wowbet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after the relevant event or game outcome is known, bets placed by accounts under investigation, or bets that exceed the applicable maximum stake limits for a given market.

4.2 Odds and Prices. Sports betting odds displayed on the wowbet platform are updated in real time. wowbet reserves the right to correct any odds or prices that are published in error. Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — including but not limited to odds that result from a data feed error or technical fault — may be voided by wowbet after the fact. Where possible, wowbet will notify affected players promptly.

4.3 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting is subject to delays in data feed transmission. wowbet will not be held responsible for any disadvantage caused to a player by a delay in the update of live scores, statistics, or odds. wowbet reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice.

4.4 Casino Games. All casino games offered on wowbet, including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games, use certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer mechanics provided by licenced game studios. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to individual games are as published by the relevant game studio. wowbet does not alter or override game RTP settings.

Requesting a withdrawal before wagering requirements are completed may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated pending winnings.

5.5 Changes to Promotions. wowbet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term, reasonable efforts will be made to honour any progress already made by players toward the applicable wagering requirement.

7.3 Limitation of Liability. 7.4 Indemnification.
